When and Where?

About Us

We're your non-traditional church, with passionate worship, lifestyle teaching and upbeat, friendly people. We have a vision to reach the valley from the Columbia River to the California border with the life changing Word of God. We desire to see Revival in our community. Pastor's Rod & Rebecca Sundholm confidently lead with a passion for God and to see people's lives changed though the application of God's anointed Word. At New Creation Church we are about two main things.
  • Loving and Worshipping God With All Our Hearts Luke 10.27.... "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’...
  • Winning the Lost Mark 16.15 .... "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature."

NCC is a non-denominational church, however we are affiliated with RHEMA Bible Church.

First Time Guests

Q. What should I expect when I visit?
A.
New Creation Church is a dynamic local church that offers relevant teaching and great music as part of every service, but there are also lots of friendly faces ready to make our guests feel right at home. The Info Center, located in the lobby, is the place to get your questions answered. Our weekly bulletins also provide information on upcoming events and ways to get involved. 

Q. How long are your services?
A. Services at NCC are approximately 90 minutes long, and start promptly at the given service time.

Q. What do I wear?
A.
You will see a variety of dress, from jeans to suits. Saturday is deemed as 'casual,' while Sunday attire is 'business'. Wear whatever you're comfortable in when meeting new people, and you'll fit in just fine.

Q. What do you have for kids?
A.
Children's Ministry is provided at both of our weekend services. We have exciting classes for newborns to 5th grade. Each of our classrooms are equipped with energized teachers and the appropriate tools to minister to your kids. Each service they are taught the Word of God with different lessons, games, skits and more. For your teenagers, we have a night just for them! Wednesday night features our all youth service, called Pure Impact Youth Church. The service starts at 7pm.

Q. Can I observe my child's classroom and/or service?
A.
For the safety of our children we ask for parents and adults to stay outside the classroom. All of our teachers and helpers are approved workers and are authorized to be in the classroom. It also makes for a smoother transition in dropping off or picking up your children when you remain outside the classroom.

Q. What if I have more questions when I get there?
A.
If you have any questions, please stop by the Info Center located in the lobby. Our Ushers and Welcome Team, will gladly assist you in answering any questions you have.

Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located right off of Jackson School Road in Hillsboro, about 25 minutes from downtown Portland.

FROM BEAVERTON
Start out going west on SW Canyon RD/OR-8. Turn right onto SW 185th AVE. Turn left onto NW EVERGREEN PKWY which becomes NW EVERGREEN RD. Turn left onto NE JACKSON SCHOOL RD. Then turn lest onto NE ROGAHN ST. Our Building is on the left.

FROM SUNSET HIGHWAY/US-26
Take the HELVETIA RD./SHUTE RD. exit, EXIT 61. Turn left onto NW SHUTE RD. Turn right onto NW EVERGREEN RD. Turn left onto NE JACKSON SCHOOL RD. Then turn left onto NE ROGAHN ST. Our building is on the left.

Q. Does your Wednesday pm service include a regular church service?
A. No. As of right now all our mid-week services are specified for Women and Teens. Click Here to view our service times.

Q. How many people attend New Creation Church?
A. At any given weekend service, we have anywhere from 150 to 200 people.
